This unique apartment has a unique feeling and consists of two spacious bedrooms (one en-suite), two bathrooms, an ultra-modern kitchen which is open to the large and bright lounge and dining area. There are also an extra relax room with an sofa and smart TV.
From the lounge you have direct access to a west facing terrace with views over one of the pools. The terrace is furnished with nice dining furniture and a weber BBQ. From here you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings, enjoy a romantic dinner watching the sunset or just relax with a book.
In the complex there are four pools, one spacious and three smaller pools surrounded by beautiful landscaped tropical gardens. All our holiday homes are high quality properties. It´s like checking in to a 5 star hotel. The accommodation is prepared in the smallest detail, all beddings have been dry-cleaned and a representative from Unique´x Properties will meet you at the holiday home to check you in.
The price includes; Wi-Fi (fiber optics), normal consumption of electricity as well as normal final cleaning after your departure.
Minimum 14 days during high season (July and August).
Minimum 10 days in June and from September to March.
Other rates will apply for spring/autumn breaks and for bank holidays.

We have just returned home after four wonderful April weeks in holiday home Jasmine, Nueva Andalucia. I can not say anything else, it has been a 5-star stay and experience.
